This course meets the 3 hour core requirement for real estate professionals in the state of Washington. The course was drafted by local Washington experts and curriculum designers to address the most pressing issues as outlined by the DOL`s prescribed curriculum. The course opens with new legislation specific to seller`s disclosures. The course continues with further legislative updates including mortgage licensing, standardized purchase and sales agreements. This section concludes by describing anti-trust, RESPA and unfair business practices with practical and engaging interactive exercises and case studies to reinforce the learning material. The course concludes with licensing issues including rules for the handling and maintaining transaction files and the Uniform Regulations and Business Professions Act.
