Washington licensees must complete 30 hours of continuing education.
As a part of the 30 hours, licensee's must complete 3 hours of core courses and 27 hours of electives. Click for Washington real estate license requirements. The course opens with new legislation specific to seller's disclosures. The course continues with further legislative updates including mortgage licensing and standardized purchase and sales agreements. The course concludes with licensing issues including the rules for handling and maintaining transaction files and the Uniform Regulations and Business Professions Act.
