30 hours of Washington Real Estate REQUIRED Continuing Education

Washington licensees must complete 30 hours of continuing education.
As a part of the 30 hours, licensee's must complete 3 hours of core courses and 27 hours of electives. Click for Washington real estate license requirements. This course includes ALL 30-hours you need to renew your Washington real estate license.

| Core for 2008-2009 |
|
The course opens with new legislation specific to seller's disclosures. The course continues with further legislative updates including mortgage licensing and standardized purchase and sales agreements. The course concludes with licensing issues including the rules for handling and maintaining transaction files, and the Uniform Regulations and Business Professions Act.

| The Mortgage Process |

Over 95% of all real estate purchases involve the procurement of one or more loans or mortgages. The course demystifies the entire mortgage process from the time a purchase contract is signed to the day the keys are handed over. Students are walked through each step including the application process, loan processing, underwriting and the closing.

This course offers an excellent overview of the fundamentals with updates on current industry players, their roles, and trends facing the industry. The Washington DOL requires that all students participating in distance (online) learning spend a minimum amount of seat time engaged in the course content. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for our students.
